The Tiernan MacBride Library at the Irish Film Institute, which holds the largest collection of film publications in Ireland, is hosting an Open Day next Thursday, October 8th for all students and researchers to come along and discover its offerings. If you are already familiar with the library, please pass the word on to colleagues, students and contacts who may wish to join us on the day!

The Library Open Day will run from 2pm-6pm on Thursday 8th, and all visitors and guests will be invited to peruse our books, journals and cuttings from the IFI Irish Film Archive, enjoy a tour by IFI Librarian Fiona Rigney, and generally learn more about what we can offer for their academic and research needs.

On the day, we’ll also be offering discounted Library and IFI annual Memberships, as well as offering a free IFI and Library Membership in our draw!
