Join The Hope Foundation in August 2015 for the experience of a lifetime and have the opportunity to work with street children in HOPE’s Protection Homes and Education Centres.
Volunteers will travel to Calcutta for one week to take part in daily workshops , spending time with the children while utilising their skills/talents.
Volunteers will also have the opportunity to visit several HOPE projects and slum communities where you will meet with the locals which we work with.
There is also the opportunity to visit some of Calcutta’s famous landmarks including the Victoria Memorial, Jain Temple, The Mother House ( Mother Theresa’s former home) traditional Indian Markets and take a boat trip down the Hogli River.
