‘Make My Day’ is an Irish short film showing how a simple gesture of kindness can change many lives in the course of a day…

Created by students who met in Acting for Camera 1 and Acting for Camera 2 classes at The Gaiety School of Acting, who came together and started working on a short film. The film is near completion and they plan to enter it into festivals and competitions and are looking for your support! “Make my day” is set in contemporary Dublin and it is performed by 10 characters of diverse ages and genres. It portrays small stories showing that a simple gesture of kindness can change many lives in the course of a day.

The short film explores the idea that life is a combination of random events. It acknowledges and creatively develops awareness about human interdependence by working on the notion that there are no isolate beings.
