Centre & Outreach Coordinator
Dance Theatre of Ireland requires an experienced and dynamic Coordinator for a multi-faceted full-time position with primary responsibility for managing DTI’s Centre for Dance programme of classes and its National Educational Outreach programs. The Centre for Dance has some 1700 people engaged in dance activities throughout the year.  The position requires marketing, sales, management and communications experience in the arts, service or retail sectors, plus a high degree of financial skills and business acumen.A proven record of personable public client contact, ability to multi-task, think creatively, negotiate and administer to a wide range of key relationships are essential.  Excellent keyboard and numeracy skills with a high degree of proficiency and fluidity in Word and Excel are required and competence in Photoshop, Access & Publisher desirable.  An appreciation of and/or experience in dance, arts in education and life-long learning are also important.  A succinct, sharp, and enthusiastic communicator who loves dance, enjoys a varied role, including financial tracking, marketing, client contact and managing key relationships will be most suited to this position.  Minimum 3-5 years experience.
Arts Administrator
Dance Theatre of Ireland requires an experienced and dynamic Arts Administrator for a multi-faceted full-time position that supports all aspects of the Company’s work, including the Centre for Dance’s program of classes, Educational Outreach, Productions and Touring.  Applicants will be experienced in Payroll, Banking & Book keeping, as well as Marketing/ PR and Social Media; with fluency in QuickBooks, Excel, Access, Word, Photoshop, Publisher and Mail Chimp.  Digital video editing is a plus.  Excellent keyboard and numeracy skills are essential.

The Administrator has a key role in keeping management accounts, preparing financial forecasts and funding applications, as well as promotional campaigns.  Financial responsibilities include book keeping, bank reconciliations, budgeting, day-to-day accounts, and production research.  A varied role, responsibilities also include creating and delivering e-marketing and social media campaigns, database management, website updates, and creating in-house flyers, as well as PR / media contact to promote the activities of the Company.  The Administrator also assists clients to select and register for programs at the Centre for Dance.  This is an ideal role for a multi-tasking Administrator with a passion for dance.  Minimum 3-5 years experience.
