We are delighted to invite you to participate in a drama workshop that will be led by our tutor Donal Courtney in The Black Box Studio on the 8th August from 10am to 12pm.
It’s a free event for those aged 15-18 years.
The workshop is part of the project called ‘Breathe’ on mental health awareness among students of Post-Primary schools. It will be rolled out in 50 schools across the country from September 2013. The content of the workshop for students focuses on creative work with some drama elements. You will have an opportunity to participate in a workshop by using various creative tools to express yourself. Through your own work and contribution you will create ‘your personal workshop’ that will be documented on a camera and recordings.
The workshop will take place on the 8th of August from 10am to 12pm in The Gaiety School of Acting, Temple Bar. The same workshop will be repeated during the official launch that will take place on the 28th August and if you are interested, you are very welcome to join us. As both workshops are free, you are very welcome to bring a friend with you.
Places are limited so to book, please contact Anna on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01 679 9277.
