Kathy Scott has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years. She is deeply influenced by the teachings of Elena Brower, Seane Corn, Sally Kempton, Tara Brach, James Higgins and many more luminaries on and off the mat.
Dates: 4 weeks of classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, beginning Tuesday 30 October and Thursday 01 November.
Time: from 8:30am to 9:45am
Cost: €35 for 4 weeks x 1 class per week | €65 for 4 weeks x 2 class per week | €10 Drop in Rate
