The Gaiety School of Acting in conjunction with the South William Space will be hosting a ‘Try for Free’ Introduction to Drama workshop for adults at the South William Street Space Open Day on Saturday 21 January 2012.

The workshop will run from 2pm until 3pm in the basement of the new Holistic and Arts Centre located at 27/28 South William Street. Lord Mayor, Andrew Montague, will be taking part in the fun and frolics. He is credited with orchestrating the dublinbikes scheme in the city back in 2009 so we anticipate an energetic and entertaining session. We urge people to stop by and join in the fun.

Our ‘Introduction to Drama’ courses offer practical, enjoyable and confidence building introduction to the craft of acting and improvisation are normally held in our main studio in Essex Street West, next to the Smock Alley Theatre. The Gaiety School of Acting also uses the South William Space for some of its evening classes.
