This 2 day Christmas workshop is for All Skills Level attendees with an interest in bodywork, movement and dance. Let’s get down to business over the holidays, let’s get in touch with ourselves, who we are with our unique potentials for dancing. We will work with hands on body work that will teach the many functions of the moving body. This is informative and also feels very GOOD, Body likes this! Using Yoga practices we will still our minds and unite with our source of abundant energy that is waiting to be awakened. This energy LIKES to be alive! After connecting to the wisdom of our bodies we will move with music from a deep place inside. After dancing there will be some time for cool down, for reflection, and to talk a little about experiences and discoveries. Expect to feel enlivened, expect to learn to love your own breath and body, and expect to realize more about you and your potential for movement. Let’s roll into Christmas with the gift of awareness.
